What Is Powder Coating?
Powder coating is polyester or epoxy powder which is heated to fuse into a protective layer. When the process is completed our metal signs will never rust or tarnish.
When will my order ship?
Expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days of placing your order. We ship with USPS & FedEx and the average transit time is 2-5 days.
Can I inspect the goods before upon arrival?
Yes, feel free to open the box and check the quality of your sign!
Why hasn’t my shipment arrived?
Sometimes carriers may lose your shipment or deliver it to the wrong house. If the item is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to se where it was left or reach out to us for some help.

What is your refund policy?
All of our items as personalized items hence we do not accept refunds for change of mind. However if something is wrong with your sign please do let us know ASAP and we will replace free of charge.
My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?
If your product was damaged upon arrival please do let us know at your earliest convenience and we will send a replacement ASAP!
