How It's Made
Once we receive your personalized order, we get to work right away. We fire up our state of the art fiber laser & start cutting your beautiful custom piece of art on thick 16 gauge steel. Our laser cuts your sign at extreme precision making sure no detail is missed.
Once cutting is complete, we take the time to clean the sign thoroughly and remove any dirt that has accumulated during the cutting process before moving on to powder coating.
Now that your sign has been cut & cleaned, it now runs through our automated powder coating line where it gets sprayed with the beautiful color that you chose. This part of the process is automated which means your sign comes out looking perfect every single time.
Once that's completed it moves to our QC department. Here our QC inspectors inspect each sign for any blemishes or errors that may have occurred during the cutting or powder coating process. If a blemish is spotted, we remake the sign immediately. If not, it now gets boxed up with the best quality packaging material for shipping & is now ready to be shipped to your front door!

Our products are made right here in the USA. Specifically in Littleton, CO. All of our materials are sourced & produced in the USA. All of our items are made in our Littleton, Colorado facility. Worried About Rust?
Worried that your art piece(s) will rust? We powder coat our products with the same color coating that luxury car brands use to protect their cars. This means your metal art will NEVER rust indoors or outdoors and ensures everlasting quality. All colors (excluding Black) are finished in a glossy reflective powder coat. Black is finished in a smooth non-reflective finish.
